Man Charged with Murder in Poughkeepsie Shooting
Both the victim and the suspect are City of Poughkeepsie residents.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A City of Poughkeepsie man has been charged with murder after a man was shot multiple time while sitting in his car on South Grand Avenue.
Police said Jermaine Johnson, 37, shot and killed Davion Reid, 42, of the City of Poughkeepsie, according to an article in the Poughkeepsie Journal.
The shooting took place Tuesday morning in the area of 129 South Grand Ave., which is near Temple Beth El, twcnews.com said.
