Man Charged with Stealing Car Was Already in Jail
He is being held in the Dutchess County Jail.

MILLERTON, NY — State Police in Dover Plains arrested a Millerton man who is accused of stealing a car.
Dustin G. Holst-Grubbe, 20, was charged August 10 with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
On August 4, 2016, troopers were dispatched to a North Center Street residence in Milleron to investigate the theft of a 1998 Subaru Forester.

The woman making the complaint said he saw a man stealing her car and leaving at a high rate of speed around 1 a.m.
The investigation found Holst-Grubbe was responsible for the theft, police said.

He had been remanded to the Dutchess County Jail August 7 after being charged with burglarizing the Oakhurst Diner in Millerton August 4, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
Holst-Grubbe was arraigned for the larceny arrest and sent back to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $5,000 bond
The larceny arrest came at the end of a joint investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and the Connecticut State Police.
Holst-Grubbe is also being held on charges from the State of Connecticut.
