Man Found Lying On Newburgh Sidewalk Dies

Police are asking for anyone with information to call.

NEWBURGH, NY — A New Windsor man, found lying on a sidewalk in Newburgh, has died. Police were called to the area of Carpenter Avenue and Van Ness Street around 10 p.m. Sunday where they found Marvin Jones, 51, in distress.
