Mega Millions Ticket Worth $1M Sold In Hudson Valley
The second-prize winning ticket had all numbers correct except the Mega Ball.

NEW WINDSOR, NY — A second-prize winning ticket for the Jan. 4 Mega Millions drawing was sold in the Hudson Valley.
New York Lottery officials said the ticket, which is worth $1 million, was purchased at Blooming Grove Gas & Mart Inc. at 800 Blooming Grove Turnpike in New Windsor.
The winning numbers for the Jan. 4 drawing were 4-6-16-21-22, with a Mega Ball of 1, according to the New York Lottery website.

A second-prize ticket needed to match the five main numbers, without the Mega Ball.
Mega Millions numbers are drawn from a field of one to 70. The Mega Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 25.

The drawing is televised every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m.
