Mid-Hudson Valley Schools Change Schedules in Snow's Aftermath

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Several school districts in Westchester County have announced delayed starts for Friday morning, in the aftermath of a snowstorm that dumped 10-14 inches across the region.

High winds, drifting snow, and icy roads are the primary factors.
