Middletown Galleria: Police Still Searching For Gunman

The shooting occurred on the mall's second floor.

WALLKILL, NY — Police continue looking for a man who fired a gun Sunday at the Galleria at Crystal Run. A Goshen woman and her son were injured during the incident, but police didn’t know if they were hit by bullets.

The only description of the shooter was that he was wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt and gray pants, recordonline.com said.

The shooting occurred on the mall’s second floor near the American Eagle store, the Daily Freeman reported.

Police responded to the mall around 3 p.m. after receiving a shots fired report. The mall, which is located near Middletown, was locked down and patrons were evacuated.
