Millbrook Woman Accused Of Selling Heroin

Authorities said he sold the drugs to an undercover police officer.

MILLBROOK, NY — A Millbrook woman was arrested for allegedly selling heroin. State police said Rebecca C. Hartsfield, 49, of Millbrook, was charged Oct. 5 with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.

She was arrested for selling heroin to an undercover police officer, police said.

Hartsfield was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Poughkeepsie barracks, the State Police Community Narcotic Enforcement Team and the Village of Millbrook Police Department announced the woman's arrest.
