Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert Issued Wednesday For Dutchess Man

Police said the man may be in need of medical attention.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A missing vulnerable adult alert has been issued for an 87-year-old man in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Police said Donald Klein has dementia and may be in need of attention.

He was last seen on Carnelli Court in the Town of Poughkeepsie at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27.

Klein was driving a 2000 beige Toyota Camry with New York registration CGE-5280.

He is a white male, who is 5 feet, 10 inches and weighs 185 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

Klein was last seen wearing a blue flannel pajama shirt, blue pants and a black and grey jacket.

He may be driving to the Brooklyn area.
