Mold Found At Beacon High School

The mold was noticed on cloth seats in the high school's theater.

BEACON, NY — Remediation of mold is happening at Beacon High School. School officials took the step after finding mold on some cloth seats in the theater Thursday.

The cleanup and restoration service ServPro is working in the theater to solve the problem, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.

There have been other incidents of mold in other rooms in the high school and other in the district.
