New York State Police Nab Connecticut Fugitive
She was wanted on a warrant in Bethel, police said.
DOVER PLAINS, NY – New York State Police arrested Rosemarie P. Castillo of Pawling, New York Oct. 19 as a Fugitive From Justice.
Police said the Bethel Police Department in Connecticut had an arrest warrant for Castillo stemming from a sixth-degree larceny charge.
Castillo, 58, was arraigned in Dutchess County Court where she was ordered to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond while awaiting extradition to Connecticut.
