NJ Man Accused Of Having Sex With Child
Authorities said he was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of bail.

UNION VALE, NY — A New Jersey man was accused of having sexual contact with a child.
The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said Herald J. Bodensiek, 64, of Edison, New Jersey, was arrested Tuesday in connection with a month-long investigation into the sexual abuse of a child.
He was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and arraigned in the Town of Union Vale Court.

Bodensiek was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.
The sheriff's office said no further details were going to be released in order to protect the victim's privacy.
