NYC Man Arrested For Inappropriate Sexual Conduct In Dutchess
The victims were an adult and a child, the sheriff's office said.

WAPPINGER, NY — A New York City man faces charges related to a sexual abuse investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau. Felix M. Medina Jr., 24, of New York City, has been accused of subjecting an adult and a child to inappropriate sexual conduct in the Town of Wappinger.
He was arrested April 17 in New York City.
The sheriff’s office said Medina has ties to Dutchess County, and the victims were not random. No further details about the case will be released in order to protect the privacy of the victims, the sheriff’s office said.

Medina was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and third-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.
