NYSP Doles Out Tickets During Presidents Day Weekend
Member of Troop F were out giving tickets to drivers for various violations.
MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Police from Troop F in the mid-Hudson Valley were out patrolling during the Presidents Day weekend. As a result, troopers issued almost 1,500 vehicle and traffic tickets.
Those violations included 549 speeding tickets, 26 move-over violations, 12 cell phone tickets and 14 texting tickets.
Also, 40 motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated.
