Orange County Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child
Police said there was a yearlong investigation stemming from a call to a hotline.
CIRCLEVILLE, NY — An Orange County man was arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a child. The Orange County Child Abuse Unit said Robert Youngs, 34, from Circleville, was charged with predatory sexual assault of a child, a felony, after a yearlong investigation stemming from a hotline call to the state central registry in 2018.
Youngs was arrested Wednesday and was arraigned in the Town of Wallkill Court.
He was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
The Orange County Child Abuse Unit consists of police officers from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the City of Port Jervis Police Department, the Village of Goshen Police Department and the New York State Police.
