Pine Plains Man Arrested For Burglarizing Columbia County House: Police
The suspect faces a felony charge.

LIVINGTON, NY — A Pine Plains man was arrested Oct. 20 for burglarizing the home of someone he knew. State Police charged Steven T. Beers, 27, of Pine Plains, with second-degree burglary, a felony. Columbia County 911 dispatched Troopers to the burglary on Elm Street in the Town of Livingston on Oct. 19 around 7:10 p.m.

Continued investigation then led to Beers' arrest.

He was arraigned before the Town of Livingston Justice Court and Sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail and $5,000 bond.
Beers is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Livingston Justice Court on Nov. 16.
