Pleasant Valley Man Faces Drug Charges
Police said he had several illegal drugs in his possession.

PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — State Police arrested a 21-year-old Pleasant Valley man for drug charges. On Aug. 28, 2017, Erik M. Dianni was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
Dianni was stopped in the Town of Pleasant Valley for speeding on Route 44. Subsequent to an investigation, police said he was found to be in possession of Suboxone, Alprazolam, Zolpidem Tartrate, Amphetamine, Dextroamphetamine, cocaine and heroin.
Dianni was placed under arrested and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond by the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court.
