Police Investigating Hate Crime At Campground

Authorities are asking for any visitors to the park who may have information about the incident to call them

COPAKE, NY — The New York State Police are investigating a hate crime in the town of Copake.

Police said it occurred at the Copake Falls campground at the Taconic State Park, 253 Route 344, sometime between Nov. 13 and Nov. 15.

Investigators are hoping to speak to anyone who visited the park during that time who has not yet been interviewed by the state police.
