Police Searching For Man Accused Of Involvement In Stabbing

CATSKILL, NY — The New York State Police in Catskill are asking the public for help locating someone who they accused of being involved in a fight that led to a stabbing.

Police said, around noon Saturday, Deven Hotaling, 22, of Philmont, was in a fight in the area of Routes 9W and 144 in New Baltimore, Greene County, that resulted in a stabbing.

A 30-year-old was stabbed multiple times in the side and back, authorities said, and is currently being treated at Albany Medical Center.

Police said an arrest warrant was issued for Hotaling charging him with first-degree assault, a felony.
