Poughkeepsie City Teen Shot Multiple Times
Authorities said the shots came from a white sedan.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A teenager was shot multiple times in the City of Poughkeepsie Monday night, but he is expected to live.
The shooting of the 17-year-old city resident happened on Hooker Avenue near South Hamilton Street, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
Police said the teen was shot shortly after 10 p.m. from the inside of a white sedan.

Shell casings were recovered from the pavement, and a handgun was found under a parked vehicle that was also struck by bullets, MidHudson News said.
