Queens Man Killed In Two-Car Accident In Orange County
Police said operator error was the cause.
WOODBURY, NY — An Queens man was killed Saturday, Oct. 14 in a two-car motor vehicle accident in Orange County. State Police said Eric A. Luzardo, 24, of Elmhurst, was a passenger in a car traveling north on I-87 in the Town of Woodbury.

Operator error caused the two-car crash in which Luzardo was killed, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
