Woman Accused Of DWI After Retrieving Car From Impound: Police
The car had been impounded the day before because of a DWI arrest.

FISHKILL, NY — A Fishkill woman faces two charges of drunk driving in two days. In fact, the second time she was picked up, she was stopped after she had picked up her car from the police impound lot.
It had been taken there the day before while she was being processed on DWI charges.
State Police from SP Wappinger said they arrested Donna M. Zeller, 63, for driving while intoxicated on Dec. 15 when she was traveling on State Route 9 in Fishkill.

She was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation after picking up her vehicle from impound following a DWI arrest on the previous day. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police said.
