Route 9W Single Lane Closure Expected

NEW WINDSOR, NY — A lane closure is expected on Route 9W northbound at River Road, beginning 9 a.m. on Wednesday. It will be closed until further notice, while crews perform construction activities, weather permitting.

Anticipate delays. Plan accordingly.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
