Ruby Tuesday in Ulster Closed for Business
There are two other locations for the restaurant chain in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
KINGSTON, NY — Following the announcement last week that restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday would be closing around 95 locations around the United States, the restaurant located at 1266 Ulster Ave. in Kingston is shuttered.
The Ruby Tuesday of Ulster Facebook page indicated that the location is permanently closed and a sign on the door of the establishment told patrons to go to the Poughkeepsie Galleria location, Hudson Valley News Network said.
The company also announced plans to streamline its operations and improve its profitability.

It determined there were about 95 underperforming restaurants that it would close by September.
Before the closings started, the company said it had 724 retaurants, of which 646 were operated by the company.

Besides the Galleria Mall location in Poughkeepsie, there are Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Fishkill and Wallkill.
