Severe Thunderstorm Warning For Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, NY — A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for Orange County. The National Weather Service said the warning is in effect until 7:15 p.m.

At 6:24 p.m. a severe thunderstorm was located over Bloomingburg, or near Middletown, moving southeast at 45 mph.

There are 60 mph wind gusts.

Damage to trees and power lines can be expected.
