Sex Offender Fails To Report Address Change: Sheriff's Office
Authorities said he had moved from Broome County to Dutchess County but didn't report it.
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — A Dutchess County man, who is a sex offender, was accused of failing to report a change of residency.
The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said Othelia Vaturina, 41, was arrested and charged Tuesday with failing to register a change in address, a felony.
Detectives recently received information that Vaturina, who is a Level III sex offender from Broome County, was living in Dutchess County.

An investigation found he was living at the Pine Grove Motel in Beekman and had been staying in Poughkeepsie as well, all without registering the change in address as required by the New York State Corrections Law, authorities said.
Vaturina was processed and arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court. He was then sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
