Sexual Abuse Of A Child In Poughkeepsie Went On For 4 Years: Police
City of Poughkeepsie police said the abuse at the hands of a 52-year-old started when the child was just 10 years old.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Police say that a man who sexually preyed is now behind bars.
Detectives from the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department arrested Michael Tyndale last Thursday in connection to an ongoing sexual abuse investigation involving a victim who was abused for a span of four years, beginning at the age of 10 years old.
Tyndale was charged with felony predatory sexual assault at police headquarters and was held pending arraignment.

After being arraigned, he was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.
Detectives were assisted by the team at the Child Advocacy Center.
