Some Schools Delay Opening Due To Icy Conditions

Three districts in the mid-Hudson posted delays.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Due to icy conditions on sidewalks and roads Wednesday morning, some school systems have announced delayed openings.

Kingston: 2 hour delay

Onteora: 2 hour delay

Rondout Valley: 2 hour delay

Overnight temperatures dropped below freezing in parts of northeast Ulster and northwest Dutchess counties, Hudson Valley Weather reported.
