...A LINE OF SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN LITCHFIELD...SOUTHWESTERN BERKSHIRE...SOUTHEASTERN ULSTER...DUTCHESS AND SOUTHEASTERN COLUMBIA COUNTIES...

At 805 PM EDT, radar indicated showers with embedded thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Livingston to near Rhinebeck to near Modena. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms. Torrential rainfall is also occurring and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Poughkeepsie, New Paltz, Pawling, Hyde Park, Plattekill, Pleasant Valley, Wappingers Falls, Amenia, Copake, Sheffield, Kent, Sharon, Highland, Pine Plains, Fishkill, Norfolk, Ancram, Millbrook, Canaan and Millerton.
