State Police Investigating Gas Station Theft

The incident occurred in the Town of Rhinebeck.

RHINEBECK, NY — State police are investigating a theft that took place from the Mobil gas station at the intersection of routes 9 and 9G in the Town of Rhinebeck. Police said the incident occurred Monday.

The man in question appears to have a tattoo on his right calf, police said.

He fled the area, after being questioned by an employee of the gas station, in a dark-colored sedan. He went north on Route 9G.
