State Police Looking For Man Regarding Fraudulent Withdrawal
Anyone with information about his location is asked to call the New York State Police.
PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — The state police are investigating the fraudulent withdrawal of more than $1,800 from a business in Pleasant Valley. The person they are trying to locate in regard to the incident is Luis Gonzalez Otero.
