Tornado Spotted In Hudson Valley Tuesday
Severe thunderstorms produce heavy rain and hail in some spots.

So far, the severe weather that moved quickly through the Hudson Valley produced one tornado. The National Weather Service said a trained spotter reported a tornado at Yulan, Sullivan County.
The tornado was spotted around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Yulan is in the western part of Sullivan County, near the New York-New Jersey border.

Over the course of the afternoon, tornado warnings were issued for central Ulster, northeastern Orange and Dutchess counties.
