Trump's Former Lawyer Reports To Hudson Valley Prison
Michael Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison for tax evasion, campaign finance violations and other crimes.

OTISVILLE, NY — The Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville is now home — for up to three years — to the former personal lawyer to the president of the United States. Michael Cohen reported Monday to the prison in Orange County to begin serving his sentence for tax evasion, campaign finance violations and other crimes.
Cohen got to the prison just before noon, usatoday.com said.
He is set to be assigned to satellite camp which is apart from a nearby medium-security prison.

The federal lockup has dorm-like accommodations and was ranked by Forbes as one of the countries "cushiest" prisons, the New York Post said.
Cohen's fellow inmates include Mike Sorrentino, known as "The Situation," who was convicted of tax fraud, and Fyre Festival co-founder Billy McFarland, who was convicted of wire fraud.

Before leaving his Manhattan home Monday morning, Cohen spoke with reporters and said he hopes when he comes out of prison that "the country will be in a place without xenophobia, injustice and lies at the helm of our country," the New York Times said.
