Two Dover Teens Accused of Vandalizing Rec Center

The pair face felony charges in the incident.

DOVER PLAINS, NY — Two 16-year-olds face felony charges after they were accused of vandalizing the recreation center at Ketcham Park in the Town of Dover.

State Police said Cody Connor and Matthew Austin, both from the Town of Dover, were charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies.

Police said the arrests stem from the burglary and vandalism that occurred June 27, 2016, at the recreation center, located at 46 Ketcham Park Rd.

The pair were arraigned in the Town of Dover Court and released on their own recognizance.
