POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A rainy weekend in the Hudson Valley will be prefaced by a warm Friday afternoon. Then showers will start.
"Another half inch to an inch of rain seems likely, so 2019 will pick up right where 2018 left off," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.
That could cause low-lying and poor drainage flooding.
