Winner Declared In 104th Assembly District Race

BREAKING: We have a winner in the race between Jonathan Jacobson and Scott Manley.

Democrats continue to represent the 104th Assembly District. Jonathan Jacobson of the City of Newburgh defeated Republican Scott Manley of the Town of Newburgh to represent the 104th Assembly District.

The unofficial vote tally, with all 90 election districts reporting, was 20,293 for Jacobson and 13,578 for Manley.

This district was represented by Democrat Frank Skartado until his death in April 2018.

Jacobson, 65, is an attorney and a Newburgh city councilman. Manley, 56, is the deputy supervisor for the Town of Newburgh.

The district is comprised of the town and city of Newburgh in Orange County, the towns of Lloyd and Marlborough in Ulster County and the cities of Poughkeepsie and Beacon in Dutchess County.
