Rolison Wins Re-Election In Poughkeepsie Mayoral Race
Mayor Rob Rolison was challenged by Joash Ward for the top city job.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Voters in the City of Poughkeepsie went to the polls to decide on the next mayor. Incumbent Mayor Rob Rolison, a Republican, was re-elected to another term, defeating challenger Joash Ward 53 percent to 47 percent, according to unofficial results with 100 percent of precincts reporting.
According to the county board of elections website, Rolison received 2,835 votes and Ward received 2,523.
