Winter Weather Advisories Issued For Parts Of Hudson Valley
Freezing rain and possibly wet snow are in the forecast.

In advance of some frozen precipitation heading toward the Hudson Valley, the National Weather Service has issued winter weather advisories for Orange, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties.
For Orange, the advisory is in effect from 3 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday.
For Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess, it is in effect from 4 a.m. to noon Monday.

Freezing rain, with total ice accumulations of a light glaze is expected for Orange County.
For the others, freezing rain, possibly mixed with wet snow or sleet at the start, is forecast. A light glaze of ice is expected, except up to 1/10th of an inch across higher elevations.

Commuters should plan on very slippery, roads and bridges, and the hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning trek to work.
