Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Parts Of Mid-Hudson

Light freezing rain is in the forecast, meteorologists said.

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — With light freezing rain in the forecast, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for parts of the mid-Hudson Valley.

The advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday for Ulster and Dutchess counties.

The weather service said light freezing rain is expected. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze are possible.
