Woman Had 1.5 Pounds Of Pot: NYSP
Police said there was probable cause to search the woman's car.

WOODBURY, NY — A Bronx woman was arrested after being accused of having more than a pound of marijuana. State police said they stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the Town of Woodbury for a traffic violation. While speaking with the driver, probable cause was found to search the car.
Dolores A. Huighuig, 36, of the Bronx, had more than 1.5 pounds of marijuana, two THC pills and two jars containing THC oil, police said.
She was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and fourth-, fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors, and a vehicle and traffic violation.

Huighuig was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
Police said no return court date was available.
