Woman Threatens Utility Crews, Police Say
Police allege she wielded both a knife and pepper spray.

TIVOLI, NY — New York State Police were called to Mandalin Court in Tivoli at about noon Wednesday on a report that a woman was screaming at Central Hudson work crews.
Mona F. Herman, 60, faces a charge of Menacing in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
The troopers allege that Herman menaced the Central Hudson employees with a knife and pepper spray.

She was arraigned before the village of Red Hook Court, and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond. Herman is next scheduled to appear July 2.
