'Daily Show' To Assemble Trump's 'Presidential Twitter Library' In Midtown

The news is fake, but the tweets are real.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Fake news alert! Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" will be curating a selection of President Donald Trump's best/worst tweets in Midtown Manhattan this weekend.

The satirical news program will transform a rental space on East 57th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues into the "The Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter Library" starting Friday, June 16.

"Every president since Franklin D. Roosevelt has been honored with a meticulously curated memorial library commemorating the documents of historical value crafted during his time as leader of the free world. Continuing this hallowed tradition, and seeing no need to wait for him to leave office, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah will honor our current president with The Daily Show Presents: The Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter Library, the first of its kind, showcasing our Commander in Chief’s preferred vessel for communicating with the public, his Twitter feed," read a Comedy Central press release.
