Midtown's Community Board 4 Moves Offices

Community Board 4, covering Hell's Kitchen, has moved from West 42nd Street into a new space near Hudson Yards.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — There's little in-person activity going on at New York's community boards these days, but once it resumes, one of Midtown's boards will be meeting in a new location.

Community Board 4, which covers Hell's Kitchen, Hudson Yards and Chelsea, has a new office at 424 West 33rd St., Suite 580 — between Ninth and Tenth avenues and just east of Hudson Yards, the board announced Friday.

The board's former office was at 330 West 42nd St., also known as the McGraw-Hill Building, where a battle is underway over efforts to redevelop the space that could wipe away a treasured Art Deco-style lobby.
