"As our City continues to deal with an unprecedented health crisis, understanding your rights as a tenant is critically important. On Wednesday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m. I am partnering with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) on a Virtual Tenant Resource Fair.

HPD will provide information on:
- Housing protections during COVID-19
- Rent protection for low-income rent-regulated seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities; tenant rights in rent-regulated apartments
- HPD's housing lottery "Housing Connect" process
- Housing discrimination protections, when to use Housing Court, eviction protection programs
