Teen Robbed At Gunpoint For 'Yeezys' In Times Square, Police Say
The victim had arranged to sell the Yeezy sneakers, but ended up getting robbed, police said.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A teenager was robbed at gunpoint in the Times Square subway station for a pair of Yeezy sneakers, police said.
The 17-year-old victim originally arranged to meet up with a man in the subway station Saturday afternoon to sell the Kanye West-designed shoes, police said. When the robber approached the teenager in the mezzanine of the busy subway station around 12:15 p.m., he flashed a gun in his waistband and demanded he hand over the sneakers, police said.
The robber (pictured above) is described as a man in his early 20s who stands about 6-feet-tall and weighs about 190 pounds, police said.
