"The beginning of a new school year is always a special time, and it is especially meaningful for me as I begin my first year with the Miller Place School District," said Dr. Marc Ferris, Superintendent of Schools. "It was incredibly exciting to welcome our students back and see the enthusiasm throughout our schools. I am grateful to join such a dedicated community of educators, staff, families, and students, and I look forward to working together to make the 2026–2027 school year a year filled with learning, growth, and success."
