The Suffolk County Police Department joined with Target to participate in its Shop with a Cop program and give 50 local underprivileged kids a holiday shopping spree. The department gave the children, who were between ages 8 and 15, $50 gift cards that they spent Dec. 20 at the Target on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.
