Diane Schwindt is the resident historic cook at the Ketcham Inn located in Center Moriches, NY. She focuses on all components of colonial life on Long Island.
Our fundraising event features sandwiches by Zest Caterers, homemade cookies by members, and fabulous raffle baskets.
Music provided by RPHS string quartet.
