Koga Exercise Classes at Heritage Park Center

The Heritage Park Center offers Koga, a combination of kickboxing and yoga, a great all around way to fitness, combining strength, flexibility and cardio.

Please note schedule below:

Mondays, 7-8 pm w/ Jon
Tuesdays, Noon-1 pm w/ Jon
Wednesdays, 7-8 pm w/ Jon
Thursdays, 6-7 pm w/ Lynne
Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 am w/ Lynne
