Jan. 4: Healthy Living and Lots of Basketball

Head to the at 7 p.m. and learn how to get and stay in shape from a professional weight loss coach. Then take your pick of high school basketball games this evening with Miller Place girls at home and both Miller Place and Rocky Point boys on the road.

1. Margaret Marshall will be at the North Shore Library tonight teaching Marshall is a professional weight loss coach and centers her seminar on healthy eating, ways to get in shape and how to make the new habits part of everyday life. The class runs from 7-8:30 p.m. and registration is required.

2. basketball tonight at home as they face off against the Kings Park Kingsmen at 4:30 p.m. The Miller Place boys team will also on the road at 5:45 p.m.

3. The Rocky Point boys basektball team is also on the road tonight, in Greenlawn at 6:30 p.m.
