Local Baseball team Champs again!
This time it was the younger 10 year old team for the Long Island Hurricanes winning big, taking home the championship.
10u Long Island Hurricanes undefeated champs!
The 11 year old Town of Brookhaven division was no match for the 10 year old LI Hurricanes based out of Miller Place! The Hurricanes went undefeated in the fall season and beat two teams one year older than themselves on the final day to take home the championship. Winning the final game after tying the game on a delayed steal of home by Anthony with two outs and two strikes in the 6th inning. Then in the second extra inning, Charles drives in Devin with a single up the middle for the big walk off win. Great job boys!!!
